1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking our diving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings made through our online portal are subject to availability.
• Payments are processed securely via the PayHere payment gateway.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related cancellations decided by Sri Lanka Diving Tours will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

4. Health and Safety

Scuba diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. All divers must complete a medical questionnaire before participating. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety reasons.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
